If you're just starting an exercise routine for the first time, you probably feel combination of feelings. Trying something new is always exciting, but it can also be confusing and daunting in equal parts. But when it comes to exercising, the best place to really start is at the start, with simple and effective exercises that will allow you to 
develop strong foundation that will allow you to get around.

WHAT ARE STRENGTH EXERCISES?


  1. Firstly, to understand what exactly we mean by strength exercises, we need to understand what is strength. Am sure a lot of you would already but for those you don' t, we are happy to tell you. 
  2. So strength is basically is a state of being strong, which means having or being able to exert great muscular or mental power. it is a capacity to exert a muscle contraction against resistance. 
  3. Now, getting back to what are  strength exercises and how it will help you in having those fitbums.

WHAT ARE BENEFITS OF  STRENGTH EXERCISES? 


  1. Strength exercises leads to improved metabolism, which means strength training builds muscles that burn calories and controls your weight. 
  2. strength training reduces risk of disease and chronic conditions, if a person has strong muscles,some symptoms like arthritis,diabetes, back pain and even depression can be eliminated.  
  3. By doing Strength workouts, improves bone health because as muscles contracts , the pull on tendons and on bones and thus, in turn reduces your risk of osteoporosis. 


STRENGTH TRAINING FOR WEIGHT LOSS AND TONING! 

The most important question that comes in head is whether we will be able to loose weight with muscle training and on the other hand, a lot of people are scared that it might help them bulk up especially teenage girls who want to get toned with muscle training but are scared to inculcate them in their daily routine. 
Let me help you clear this myth : 

There are two different things are fat and muscle–one can not turn into the other.


  • We all have plenty of muscle right now (if we couldn't move, walk, sit up, etc.), the muscle just hides under a layer of body fat.

  • We want to do two stuff to make us lose weight and look better: build our muscles stronger and tighter.
  • Burn the fat over it!
  • And fortunately, both of these things occur at the same time through strength training!
  • Hence, once the fat over our muscles are burned through weight training exercises , our body starts looking more toned. 
  • It does not matter whether you are already leaned or fat , weights training is required for all types of bodies , whether they are  trying  to loose weight or simple tone up.
